Ashling Caravan Park Rules

1.     Owner occupied only. no subletting.
2.     All owners are responsible for visitors to their mobile
3.    It is the responsibility of owners to ensure that their space is kept to a high standard at all times
4.    The proprietors reserve the right to utilize any fields for any purpose
5.    The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the tenancy of any mobile home owner
6.    Tents are not permitted within the park
7.    No persons under the age of 22 may have sole access to the mobile .
8.    All boats, tables, chairs ect…must be removed from the grass at the end of each season, failure to comply will result in the items being removed and disposed of by Ashling management
9.    All dogs must be kept on leads at all times, owners must clean up after their dogs. Dogs should not be left unattended.
10.    All windows and doors should be secured when not using the mobile, no valuables should be left within the mobile home
11.     The proprietors and not responsible for any accidents arising from anyone falling off walls, fences, trees or any buildings. Or any type of accident which may occur on land or any adjoining land
12.    Written notice must be given when terminating the annual licence agreement
13.    Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated by residents or visitors, anyone found to be causing problems to staff or others will be removed from the park immediately.
14.    All sales are to go through main office. Private sales will result in the mobile being removed from the park
15.    Children under the age of 18 MUST be in their own mobile home at 12.00 midnight, failure to comply will result in a verbal warning
16.    Socialising on the deck must stop at 12.00 midnight. Please respect your neighbours
17.    All mobiles must be fully insured. Your renewal licence must be shown each year.
18.    All parks facilities including play parks, outdoor gym and toddler area are to close at 10.00pm   teenager portacabin is permitted to close at 12.00 midnight
19.    All waste must be put into correct areas, please do not send children to dispose of rubbish or recycling  illegal dumping of household waste will result in a warning
20.    Please respect our staff and park, a huge effort is put in each year to ensure that residents have a safe , relaxing and a fun holiday
21.    Please do not leave items in the laundry room, this is becoming a problem
22.    All electric supply will be turned off at the main power house at the end of each season, water will also be disconnected
23.    All windows, skylights and doors shoud be locked securely
24.    Decks should be keep in good reasonable condition, management have the right to remove dangerous decking
25.    If you owe Ashling park any monies on unpaid charges, you will be in breach of your licence agreement. Owners could run the risk of their services being disconnected or being asked for their mobile homes to leave the park.
26.    Failure to pay for services on time will result in penalities , and a risk of the mobile home being removed from the park
27.    Holiday homes are required by insurance regulations to be securely anchored with chains and ground anchors. These should be installed by recognised contractors
